This policy covers foureleventech.com (the “site”), run by FourEleven Tech LLC (“FourEleven Tech”, “we”, “us”). It explains what information the site collects and how we use it. Work we do for clients is covered by the written proposal or agreement for that project.
Information you give us
When you use the contact form, we collect the details you enter:
- your name and email address
- your company or business name, if you give one
- the service you're interested in
- your message
The form sends these details to us as an email. If you email us directly, we receive your email address and whatever you write.
Information collected automatically
We use Google Analytics to understand how people use the site. It sets cookies in your browser and collects information such as the pages you visit, how you arrived at the site, your browser and device type, and your approximate location. We use this in aggregate to improve the site, not to identify you.
Like any website, our hosting provider handles technical information such as your IP address in order to deliver pages to you. We don't currently keep website access logs.
How we use information

- to prepare proposals and provide the services you ask for
- to understand how the site is used and improve it
- to keep the site and our systems secure
Who processes it
We don't sell or rent your personal information. We use two service providers to run the site:
- Amazon Web Services hosts the site, processes contact form submissions, and delivers email to us.
- Google provides Google Analytics.
They handle information on our behalf to provide these services. We may also share information if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for as long as we need them: while we discuss or work on a project, and for a reasonable time afterwards. You can ask us to delete your information at any time, unless we're required by law to keep it.
Your choices
- You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
- You can opt out of Google Analytics with Google's opt-out browser add-on (opens in a new tab).
- You can ask to see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you by emailing info@foureleventech.com.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS, and we take reasonable steps to protect the information we hold. No method of sending or storing information online is completely secure.
Children
The site is for businesses and isn't directed to children under 13. We don't knowingly collect their information.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we'll update it here and change the effective date above.
